Summer Show Dinner at Bar Imperial and “Master of the Musical” performance in the Casa de Cultura.
YOUR SAFETY is OUR PRIORITY
Bar Imperial:
There will be a seating chart showing your allocated table outside Bar Imperial.
Tables will be spaced 1.5m apart in accordance with current regulations.
Please use sanitizing liquid available at the door of Bar Imperial upon arrival.
Tables and chairs will have been cleaned and disinfected.
All crockery, cutlery and glasses will have been thoroughly washed.
Casa de Cultura:
Please use sanitising liquid available at the door of the Casa de Cultura.
Please remember to use a mask or facial shield.
Seats in the Auditorium will be assigned using your table number.
Starting at 8.45 pm our Front of House Team will guide you to your allocated seating by row, beginning with the front row of the Auditorium.
At the end of the performance please remain seated, the Front of House staff will guide you out of the Auditorium starting with the back row.
All doors will be opened and closed by Jávea Players members so you do not have to touch them.
All surfaces, floors, handrails, seats in the auditorium, entrance hall, lift and toilets will be cleaned/disinfected before each performance.
Please leave the lift for use by people with mobility problems.
We plan not to use the air conditioning during the performance. The auditorium will have been cooled prior to the show.
The use of only 50% of the total seating capacity has been agreed with the Spanish health authorities. (see Plan below)
