Meets the first Wednesday of every month in the Jávea Players Studio theatre.

The next meeting is Dec 6th at 4.00pm and will be run by Cherry Cabban. After the excellent discussion on Lorca’s play The House of Bernarda Alba run by Caroline Drewett-Mansell  we will revisit  the world of Federico García Lorca again, this time listening to  musical accompaniments,  reading & then discussing  his   ‘Lament for Ignacio Sanchez Mejias‘ which is based on a four-part elegy to a young bullfighter and friend of Lorca’s who was fatally gored in the Manzanares arena in Madrid on 11 August 1934.
