The Singer Songwriter Series at Javea Player’s Studio showcases high quality and internationally renowned
performing songwriters in a cozy listening room atmosphere. Our first event, ‘A Tribute to Leonard Cohen’ was a magical evening that was sold out and left us wanting more. Our follow up event promises to be another very special evening of live music.
This time, on Sunday April 29, an evening of original music in the Americana style with a Scandinavian twist.
Christian Kjellvander – With seven solo albums and over twenty years of musical collaborations- Christian Kjellvander has toured extensively throughout Europe and North America and opened for such legends as Kris Kristofferson and the late Leonard Cohen. He has received several nominations for the Swedish Grammy and was awarded the prestigious Manifest Prize in 2008. He currently lives with his wife and children in Österåker, Sweden

Eli Gauden -Eli Gauden is a Norwegian singer-songwriter that is drawn to folk and blues traditions and the simple joys in life. This shines through in her sweet vocals and honest delivery. She is a recent graduate of the highly acclaimed Berklee College of Music. The release of her second EP, Follow me Home, is coming soon.
